Gloria Jean Haertner, age 77 of Seguin, Texas, went to be with the Lord peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

She was born on April 4, 1947 in Comal County to Alvin Helmuth and Elsie Ella (Schievelbein) Koepp.

She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years, Johnnie Oscar Haertner; her doting children Herman Haertner and Tracy Haertner; as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

Gloria volunteered at the Country Church in Marion as would make delicious meals for the congregation. She loved playing Piano, and also enjoyed working outdoors. She adored any and all animals, but one closest to her heart is her fur baby Rusty.

Gloria will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service celebrating Gloria's life will be posted at a later date.
