Gloria Perez Marmolejo, age 66 of Seguin, passed away on July 11, 2013. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Sunday, July 14, 2013 followed by the recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Monday, July 15, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. James Catholic Cemetery. Gloria was born on June 1, 1947 in Seguin Texas to Elugio, Sr. and Lydia Magana Perez. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Elugio Perez, Jr., Raymundo Perez, Sr., Ramiro Perez, Sr., and sister, Josephina Loera. Survivors include her loving husband, Phillip Martinez; children, Ricky Marmolejo and wife Delores, Jesus Casarez and wife Maria, Arturo Casarez and wife Sylvia, John Martinez, Maria Martinez, Irene Nunez and husband Leonso, Lupe Cevallos and husband Gilbert and Lisa Gomez and husband Eric; brothers, Joe Perez, Sr., Jesus Perez, Sr. and wife Molly, Rene Perez,Santos Perez, Sr.and Demetrio Perez and wife Cynthia; numerous grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Christopher Cevallos, Eric Cevallos, David Contreras, Larry Marmolejo, Rudy Martinez, III and Jesse Casarez, Jr.
