Grace Ann Dove Fields age 69 of Seguin, passed away on April 3, 2025. Grace was born in Fairfax County, Virginia on July 20, 1955 to Willard Thomas and Lillian Ygondine (Bennett) Dove.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her son D' Wayne Wessels and her sister Rita Miller.

Survivors include her daughter, Kindra Wheeler and husband Tim; son, Douglas Wessels II and wife Kristal; grandchildren, Callen Wessels (Ariel), Austin Wheeler (Haley), Madison Wheeler (Chris), Dylan Wessels (Terryn) and Kaden Wessels; great-granddaughter, Blakely Wessels; sister, Tammy Rich and husband Steven; ex-husband and friend, Douglas Wessels; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and many friends.

Grace loved traveling, as a child with her father in the military lead Grace to experience many different destinations. She was always fond of traveling far after that time as well. She also enjoyed fishing. Grace enjoyed most anything in nature, she would work summer kids camp cooking for all the children and staff there while her grandkids were campers there. She adored her plants; her Ivy was one of her most favorites. Grace was also a collector of Angels. Being an angel herself she dedicated her life to her family but most of all helping disabled people or anyone in need. She thoroughly enjoyed making crafts as well and would make some incredible landscape art. Grace was a beautiful soul inside and out and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Pastor Michael Moak officiating. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Chris Sims, Callen Wessels, Austin Wheeler, Dylan Wessels, Kaden Wessels and Westley Boubel. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Madison Wheeler, Terryn Wessels, Ariel Solis, Haley Salazar and Gabe Salazar.
