Gregory K. Fuqua, age 64 of Seguin, passed away on August 17, 2011. Private services will be held at a later date. Gregory was born on September 7, 1946 in Oklahoma. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy where he served two tours in Vietnam. From 1969 until his retirement in 1991 he proudly served his community as a San Antonio Police Officer. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Wright Fuqua, Jr. and brother, Charles W. Fuqua, III. Survivors include his wife, George Ann Fuqua; daughter, Amy Casey and husband Patrick; son, Stephen Grant and wife Michelle; grandchildren, Caston, Kelly, Kaelin, Canaan, Kyra, Kayle, and Caull Casey and Summer Grant; mother, Lois Kline; mother-in-law, Lois Gerlach; sisters-in-law, Peggy Burk and husband Jimmy and Kathy Stewart and husband Jim; numerous nieces and nephews.
