Gregory Alan "Greg" Thomas, age 45 of Elmendorf, passed away on January 22, 2018. A memorial service will be held at Cross Church Saturday February 3, 2018 at 10:30 AM. A reception will follow at the Cross Church Fellowship Hall. A memorial service will also be held at Cross Tracks Church Chapel in Liberty Hill Texas, Saturday February 10, 2018 at 10:30 AM.  Greg was born on July 12, 1972 in Austin, Texas to Guy A. and Sandra Diane (Vaughn) Thomas. He is preceded in death by his father, his maternal grandfather, Walter Vaughn, and his paternal grandparents, Mayo and Doris Thomas. Survivors include his mother, Sandra Thomas; brother, Guy "Andy" Thomas and wife, Michelle; niece Tristen Thomas and fiancé Justin Stark; nephew, Gabe Thomas; great-niece, Imery Stark; grandmother, Marceille Vaughn; aunts, Brenda Vaughn, Glenda Thomas and Susan Avery and husband James; uncle, Walter "Trey" Vaughn; great aunt, June Schwab; numerous cousins, other loving family members and many friends.
