Hazel Curry Willis, age 89 of Seguin, passed away on September 24, 2011. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 from 2 to 7 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Mike Rodriguez officiating. Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery. Hazel was born on July 29, 1922 in Guadalupe County, Texas to Everett Cifton and Birdie Fleming Curry. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Easy Willis, her parents, one brother and four sisters. Survivors include many loving nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Ray Willis and wife, Lola; step-daughter, Robbie Nell Shrum and husband Jess.
