Helen Louise Boyd, age 94 of Seguin, formerly of Longview, passed away on March 19, 2014. A memorial service celebrating Helen's life will be held at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 5 p.m. Private interment will be held at a later date in Longview Texas. Helen was born on December 30, 1919 in Shreveport Louisiana to Jesse and Ophelia Boyd. They precede her in death. Survivors include her cousins, Linda Wallace and husband Rick and Ron Boyd and wife Sylvia; numerous other loving family members and friends. Helen loved the Lord and will be remembered as a wonderful Christian Lady. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Longview, 209 E. South St., Longview Texas 75601.
