Herminia (Mine) Resendez Navarro, age 62 of Seguin, passed away on April 12, 2009. Visitation will begin at Tres Hewell Mortuary on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. followed by an evening service at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. for graveside service and interment at 10:00 a.m. at Santo Tomas Cemetery with Pastor Mario DeLeon officiating. Herminia (Mine) was born on June 30, 1946 in Seguin, Texas to Vicente and Juanita Carranza Resendez. Her father precedes her in death as do her siblings, Cruzita Resendez, Vicente Resendez, Jr., Andrew Resendez and Santos Resendez. Survivors include her husband Juan Manuel Navarro, Jr.; children, Henry Morales, Jr., George R. Morales, Maria Isabel Casarez, Minerva Navarro and Juan Navarro, III; mother, Juanita C. Resendez; sisters, Rev. Alicia R. Tovar, Pastor Isabel R. Morales, Amelia R. Reyes, Olga Melton, Elena Morales; brothers, Raymond Resendez, Gilbert Resendez, Tony Resendez, Roger Resendez and Daniel Resendez; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
