Howard Raymond Stine, age 62 of Seguin and Tivoli, passed away on July 30, 2016. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Glen Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the Collins Family Cemetery near Belmont Texas. Howard was born on March 5, 1954 in West Palm Beach, Florida to William Harold and Katherine (Barley) Stine. He was a hard worker and was retired from Tri City Distribution. Howard was an avid sports fan. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Brennan Autry, his parents and his brothers, Wayne Stine and David Stine, and his sister, Jenny Stine. Survivors include his loving wife of 16 years, Kim Stine; children, Lisa Alvarado, Chris Alvarado, Jamie Stine and wife Lindsey, Ryan Stine and wife Lauren, Alisha Soto and husband Ryan, Kraig Mercer and fiancé Alyson Vann, and Ashley Mercer; grandchildren, Colton, Synida, Brian, Aidan, Zachary, Kaydence, Collin, Hunter, Amelia, Payton, and Addison; brother, Gary Stine and wife Barbara; sisters, Judy Gary and husband Tom, Karen Chandler and husband Lynn, Kelly Garner, and Christine Kelly and husband Chris; father-in-law, Danny Collins and wife Kathy; mother-in-law, Joy Gyllenband and husband Mike; brothers-in-law, Derek Collins and son, Dalton Collins, and Ryan Gyllenband and wife Megan; sister-in-law, Karen Stine; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Stine, Brian Stine, Kaleb Gardner, Kyle Gardner, Jake Hartner, Chris Altwein, Abel Rodriguez, and Austin Ridgeway. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the Tri City Distribution employees. Howard will be remembered as a loving husband, father and "Yapaw" and he will be missed by all his family and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to any Humane Society of choice or to any charity of choice.
