Hudson Cole Marek, age 3 days, passed away on August 25, 2011. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating. Private interment will be held at a later date. Hudson was born on August 22, 2011 in Seguin, Texas. Survivors include his parents, Christopher and Rachel Marek; brother, Ryan Christopher Marek; grandparents, Larry and Sandra Friedeck, and Barnell and Susie Marek; great-grandparents, Vit and Gertie Janda, and Tina Marek; aunts, Angela Kokenes and husband Dustin, and Kimberly Smithers and husband Zac; uncle, Jason Friedeck and wife Jill; numerous other loving family and friends. The family is planning to select a special set of books to be donated in Hudson's memory.
