Isabel Phillips, age 80 of Seguin, passed away on April 15, 2011. Private services will be held at a later date. Isabel was born on July 3, 1930 in Rochester, New York to Warden T. and Doris C. New Wright. She is preceded in death by her husband Chester Glenn Phillips, son Michael W. Lyne, daughter, Wende J. Shamblin, her parents and her brothers Bill and Bob Wright. Survivors include her children, Barbara Starbuck and husband Doug, Chris Lyne, Laurie Garrett and husband Bobby and Craig Lyne and wife Marilyn; grandchildren, Randy Lyne, Michael W. Lyne II, Michael Shamblin, Christopher Shamblin, Dawn Pevey, and Michelene McCool; great-grandchildren, Michael Lyne III, Billy Jack McCool, Lauren McCool and Spencer McCool; sister, June Pankratz and husband Howard; brother James Wright and wife Dorothy; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to any Hospice of choice.
