Isabelle Houston, age 95 of Seguin, formerly of Gainesville, Florida passed away on January 8, 2011. Isabelle was born on February 17, 1915 in Chicago, Illinois to Alexander Miller and Isabelle Roberts Gordon Houston. She moved from Oak Park, Illinois to Gainesville, Florida in 1967. She moved to Seguin, Texas in 2007. Isabelle was a homemaker and volunteer and a member of the First Baptist Church for 36 years. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Herbert W. Houston and her parents and siblings. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Siren of Walworth, Wisconsin, and Nancy Hagerup of Seguin, Texas; sons, James Houston of Gainesville, Florida, and Gary Houston of Tempe, Arizona; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
