Iva Lee Braden, age 81 of Seguin, formerly of Robstown passed away, and was ready to be at home with her Lord in Heaven, on September 8, 2008. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Mosaic Community Church with Pastor Jim Taylor officiating. Private family graveside services and interment will be held in Robstown, Texas. Iva Lee was born on May 24, 1927 in O'Quinn, Texas to Joel Lee and Hattie Sander Taylor. Her loving husband David "Lightening" Braden precedes her in death as do her parents and sisters, Mildred Cage, Ruth Jeffrey, Gladys Taylor, Minnie Sue Siegler, and brother, Warren C. Taylor. Iva Lee loved her sisters and brother very much. Her nieces and nephews were the apple of her eye and Iva Lee was proud of each and every one of them. She was loving and compassionate. Iva Lee loved nothing better than being of service to her family, friends and neighbors. Survivors include her sisters, Ann Jackson and Jo Hazel Hatfield; numerous nieces and nephews. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Buster Cage, Larry Hatfield, Kenny Hatfield, Joe Jeffrey, Jimmy Jeffrey, Charles Brown and Jason Koepp. Memorial contributions may be made to Mosaic Community Church, 1209 W.
