Jack Lynn Jones passed away peacefully on 25 May 2019 in Seguin, TX. To some he was daddy, Papa Cookie or Uncle Jack, to a select few he was Bubba or Hootie; but to his many friends and anyone he met he was a Christian who loved making people laugh. He showed us all how to walk with Jesus and to love each other. Romans 8 is a good chapter to read in his memory; but every verse in the Bible was important to him. He was born on 5 April 1953 to Alford Marion "Sonny" Jones and Mildred Elizabeth "Midge" Moore in Fort Worth, TX and is survived by his siblings Mickey Yvonne Allen, Julie Ann Miller, Gary Chatham and Colette Miller; his children Sally Jean Jones, Alan Michael Jones, and Amy Michelle Gathright; his grandchildren Nichalas Hank Harris, Courtney Autumn Harris, Bowen William Harris, James Alan Jones, Ophelia Danley Jones, Nora Jane Marvel Jones, Alyssa Mackenzie Gathright and Kash Evan Gathright; and extended family members Dondi Humphrey, Jeffry Humphrey, Marc Humphrey, Stacey Virnig, Caleb Miller, Rachael Evans, Maegan Haynes, Brannon Chatham and Bon Scott Chatham.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
