Jacqueline "Jaci" Michelle Gulley, age 53, passed away August 29, 2025. Jaci was born in Manhattan, Kansas on December 12, 1971 to Ruth Lavon (Weeks) and Charles Hulen Gulley.

Jaci is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Brenda Stark; brother, Charles Dean Gulley; brother-in-law, David Stark and nephew, Brandon Stark.

Survivors include her sisters, Sandra McElligott (Neil) and Rhonda Gulley; nieces, Jodee Reed and Heather Leyva (Rafeal); nephew, Gannon Reeves (Carey), numerous great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and other loving family members.

Jaci loved Walmart and her church family at First Baptist Church in Seguin. She enjoyed listening to Elvis and Hank Williams. By far her best place was her chair watching her DVD movies and enjoying her favorite chips. Jaci was a fan of Graceland and the television show Dallas which she had a chance to visit both. She loved her fur babies, MiMi the cat and her dogs, Roscoe and Maggie.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 5, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Mascoutah City Cemetery in Mascoutah, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution in memory of Jaci can be made to the First Baptist Church in Seguin, 1314 E Cedar Street, Seguin, Texas, 78155.
