James Willis Rand went to be with his Lord on December 13, 2012 after 56 blessed years on this earth. He is survived by his wife Joanne, two daughters Janelle and Jennifer, two sons Clinton and James, daughter-in-law Bridget, four grandchildren, his brother William Rand, sister Diana Bromley, and mother Barbara Rand. He will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him. James was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a six year cancer survivor. He will be laid to rest in his hometown of Madison, Ohio and his current home in Kingsbury, Texas. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association, 8550 W.
