Jane Jacobus, 78 of Seguin, died December 26, 2007. Jane was born on August 17, 1929 in Sandpoint, Idaho to Kenneth and Charlotte Heycock Pellens. Her parents as well as several brothers and sisters preceded her in death. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Jane is survived by her husband of 61 years, Dale Jacobus; children, Lyle Jacobus, Cindy Jacobus and Jerry Jacobus and wife Becky; grandchildren, Dawn Cox and husband Johnny, Jeff Patterson and wife Olga, Carrie Anderson and husband David, Casey Jacobus, Shelly Jacobus, Haley Jacobus and Patrick Jacobus and wife Laura; seven great-grandchildren; several brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Guadalupe County Humane Society, 2484 N.
