Jerald E. "Pat" Patterson, age 79 of Seguin, passed away on March 12, 2010. Private family services will be held. Pat was born on December 21, 1930 in Lamesa Texas to Eldon Edgar and Alta Winell Ballentine Patterson. He worked many years for the Seguin Enterprise and taught at both Judson and Seguin High Schools in the trade programs. His parents preceded him in death as did his brothers, W. L. Patterson and Donald Lynn Patterson and a sister, Merlene Patterson. Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Roxanne Patterson; son, Craig Patterson and wife Michele; daughters, Kim Schmitt and husband Don and Lori Hood and husband Scooter; grandchildren, Melissa Holder and husband Eddie, Lindsay Schmitt, Brock Schmitt, Sam Schmitt, Jacob Aaron Garcia, Bailey Ann Patterson and Duncan Reed Patterson; great-grandson, Dawsen Edward Schmitt.
