Jeremy R. Gaytan, age 39 of Seguin, passed away on May 19, 2011. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011 beginning at 5:00 p.m. followed by the recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. for the mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Jeremy was born on August 6, 1971 in Seguin, Texas to Rudy and Isabel Medina Gaytan. Survivors include his parents, Rudy and Isabel Gaytan; brother, Jeffrey Gaytan and wife Jane; sister, Jessica Szymanski and husband David; nephews, Dawson and Justin Szymanski; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving family and friends.
