Joe I. Martinez, age 70 of Seguin, passed away on June 18, 2020.  Joe was born on July 31, 1949 in Crystal City, Texas to Lilia (Perez) and Juan L. Martinez.  He is preceded in death by his parents.  Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Susan Martinez; daughters, Debra Martinez Willingham and husband Patrick of Phoenix, Arizona, and Dora Martinez and wife Therese Harkowa of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Seth and Bailey Willingham; sister, Yolanda Guerra and husband Alejandro; brother, Juan Martinez; niece Liliana Rodriguez and husband T.
