Joe R. McReynolds, age 82 of Seguin passed away June 18, 2012. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Michael McReynolds officiating. Joe was born January 2, 1930 in Lewisburg, Kentucky to Prentice and Mary Hazel McReynolds. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Preston and Benjamin and son Joe R. McReynolds, Jr.. Survivors include his wife Maria McReynolds; daughters, Patricia Alvarado and husband Estevan and Margie Garcia and husband Henry; brother James McReynolds; sister Sara Bell and five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
