John "Johnny" Martinez DeLeon, age 60 of Seguin, passed away on May 17, 2022.  Johnny was born on July 29, 1961 in Refugio, Texas to Margarita (Martinez) and Ray DeLeon.

Johnny is preceded in death by his brother, Martin DeLeon.  Survivors include his loving wife, Vicki Black; children, Katie DeLeon, Colton DeLeon, Crystal Capistrand, and Darlene DeLeon; grandchildren, Karson and Kensley Wills, and Robyn Ortega ; parents, Maggie and Ray DeLeon; sisters, Rita Rathmann and husband Oliver, Diana Charles and husband Ruben, and Mary Tovar and husband Richard; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

A Memorial Rosary will be recited on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Deacon Nick Carrillo officiating, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Private interment will be held at a later date in the Kingsbury Cemetery.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Ruben Davila, Ronnie Cuellar, Chris McLeod and Richard Hill.
