John Ross Schwarzkopf, age 57 of Seguin, passed away on April 16, 2015. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Tom Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Eden Cemetery. John was born on June 8, 1957 in Seguin to Marvin L. and Opal (Wiley) Schwarzkopf. He is preceded in death by his father, brother, Michael Brian Schwarzkopf, infant sister and mother-in-law, Eddie Faye McLeod; Survivors include his loving wife, Jayme McLeod Schwarzkopf; daughter, Candace Nicely (David); step-son, Christian McLeod; grandsons, Hagen and Laine; mother, Opal Wiley Schwarzkopf; sister, Karen Kay Schwarzkopf, Tommy Jean Ridgway (Sam), and Joan Ann Borneman (Danny); brother, Marvin Wayne Schwarzkopf (Elaine); uncles, Abner Ross Wiley and Robert Schwarzkopf; aunt, Mary Nell Wiley; father-in-law, Wayne McLeod; sisters-in-law, Zoe Brown (J.P.), Paula Kennedy (Jimmy), and Pamela McLeod; nieces and nephews, Carly Borneman, Collin Bornemann, Chelsey Bloch (Trevor), Erin Rae Turner (Tim), Estrea Brown, Jimmy Kennedy (Lisa), Brandon Miller (Rebecca), and Ricky Miller; numerous great nieces and great nephews; many cousins and many many friends.
