Johnny Rodriguez, age 48 of Seguin, passed away on September 4, 2021.  He was born on July 15, 1973 in Seguin, Texas.

Survivors include his parents, Rosa Carvajal (Danny) and Juan F. Rodriguez; son, Mathew Rodriguez (Lexi Gonzales); daughter, Riley Rodriguez; half-sisters, Kimberley Natal (Richard); step-sister, Iris Carvajal and Denise Carvajal; and step-brother, Christopher Carvajal (Becca).

Johnny was always a very fun and outgoing person. He had the biggest heart and when you met him you loved him. When he was around you could expect him to be the jokester of the gathering. Johnny was also a very hardworking man. When he wasn't working he enjoyed spending quality time with his furry friend Zoey, which was known to most as his sidekick. He loved traveling to Rockport, enjoyed BBQ's, he had a great love for his tacos and most of all he enjoyed his family. Johnny will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 9 a.m. followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10 a.m. with Deacon Nick Carrillo officiating followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.   Interment will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery.  Masks are requested to be worn at all locations.
