Jose Luis Fernandez, Sr., age 91 of Kyle, TX, passed away on March 23, 2021. Jose was born on January 29, 1930 in Havana, Cuba to Fernandez and Concha Toledo. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Delfina Fernandez, his parents, and his brother, Emilio Fernandez. Survivors include his son, Jose Luis Fernandez, Jr.; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.  Private services were held.  Private interment will be in San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin, Texas at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to Memorials Processing, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis Tennessee, 38105-9959.
