Joyce Marie Warncke, age 88 of Seguin, Texas died peacefully surrounded by loving family members on September 12, 2024, at The Blake Assisted Living Facility in New Braunfels, Texas.

She was born October 23, 1935, in Stockdale, Texas, daughter of John and Ida Mae Sells. She was married to Glennwood E. Warncke for 71 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother that loved her children and her pets.

She is preceded in death by her husband Glennwood Warncke, her parents, sister and brother-in-law. She is survived by her 4 children and their spouses, 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to express their gratitude to New Braunfels Hope Hospice, and numerous caregivers.

A gravesite funeral will be held at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating.
