Justin Miller, age 40 of San Antonio, passed away on July 29, 2026. Justin was born April 1, 1986, in San Antonio Texas to Karen and Michael Miller.
He was the oldest of two children. Justin was baptized at an early age at St. James Baptist Church in Belmont Texas. As a military child he took part in many plays and choirs throughout his youth. He enjoyed playing soccer growing up. He was a Boy Scout until moving back to Texas. Justin graduated from Judson High School. He always loved listening to and making music. Drawing and painting were also passions of his. His recent way to spend time was making Lego models with his girlfriend and Japanese models alone to relax. Spending time with his daughters whether it was gaming, late night food runs, giving advice, scolding, or rides to a friend's house.
Family was important to Justin. Every holiday and family birthday were always spent with his parents, sister, daughters and sister by love.
Justin called his mom (Cita) every day or night. He looked up to his dad (Pop) and believed he knew everything. Justin was protective of his sister (Rissa). No one could get passed him to her. Justin believed in friendship. He tried to be there for anyone that needed him or his help. He has been blessed to have friends that have been there for him as well.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents James Leon Schuler Sr., Bertha Marie Schuler, Rufus Miller Sr., Clara Lee Miller, Uncle James Leon Schuler Jr., Aunt Shirley Ray Carter, Aunt Ruby Jean Carter and Uncle Ervin Carter.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Karen and Michael Miller, daughters Aniya Jordan Miller, Amariah Janae Miller, Ashlyn Chante Miller, sister Marisa Danielle Miller, sister by love Ashley Rose Stager, girlfriend HowVandra Brown and the mother of his children Ashley Marie Garza. Many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 10 - 11 am at St. James Baptist Church in Belmont, Texas. Funeral services will follow at 11 am with the Rev. Thomas Bruns officiating. The interment will follow at the Peaceful Hills Cemetery in Belmont, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Chris Gutierrez, Julius Allen, Zack Williams, Kenneth Davidson, Antwan Clark, KeRon Hartsfield, John Plummer, and Wesley Wayne Bobo Sr.
