Katherine Vickrey

Katherine Alison Nardine Vickrey, age 73, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on April 18, 2026. Katherine was born in Richmond, Texas on April 18, 1953, to Arlene (Mathers) and Wilfred Nardine.

Katherine is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her loving husband of 47 years, Michael L. Vickrey; sons, Yul B. Rowe, Michael E. Vickrey, and Jonathan D. Vickrey and wife Rebecca; brothers-in-law, Steven A. Vickrey, Leslie L. Vickrey and Andy Vickrey and wife Dawnise; sister-in-law, Melissa Vickrey Hansley and husband Lonnie; several nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 12 noon, at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. with Chaplain Emanuel Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
