Kim was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, known for her warmth, compassion, and dedication to those she loved.

Kim's life was a reflection of her passions and simple joys. She carried an enduring love for plants and flowers, spending hours tending to her garden and finding beauty in the natural world. An avid crafter and photographer, Kim took great pleasure in capturing life's moments and creating handmade treasures for her family and friends.

Her love for her family was unparalleled. Kim cherished the time spent with her loved ones, always offering a sweet smile and gentle hug. Her favorite pastimes included rooting/cheering for her beloved Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, and enjoying the quiet, peaceful life of the countryside.

Kim is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her son, Josh Heidemeyer, & (wife) Teri, son, Eric Heidemeyer & (wife) Nita, daughter, Cheryl & (husband) Mike Gaitan; brother, Chris Albright and (wife) Crystal, nephews, Kyle & Ryan as well as her grandchildren Zach, Tyler, Eli, and Hayden, and her great-grandson, Silas. She is survived by her remaining family, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.

Kim will be remembered for her unassuming kindness, her thoughtfulness, and her ability to brighten the lives of everyone around her. She left behind a legacy of love, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A private family service will be held to honor her life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alzheimers association in Kim's memory.
