Krissy Perkins, age 33 of New Braunfels formerly of Seguin, passed away on December 21, 2010. Visitation will begin on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary with the family receiving friends from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. followed by funeral services at 1:30 p.m. in the Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Dr. Carl McCauley officiating. Interment will follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Krissy was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 25, 1977 to Billy Perkins and Linda Watson Perkins. She was a 1996 graduate of Seguin High School where she was active in the choir, band and color guard. She was a 2003 graduate of Southwest Texas State University where she majored in music and education. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Billy D. Perkins, Sr. and K. H. Watson and her grandmother Helen Louise Watson. Survivors include her mother, Linda Perkins; father, Billy Perkins and wife Tammy; brothers, Robert Perkins and James Kemp and wife Rebekah; sister, Jessyca Kemp; grandmother, Eva McCormack and husband L. A.; aunts and uncles, Bubba and Andene Perkins, Wiley and Cindy Perkins, Ronny and Dawn Perkins, Eileen Greenbon, John and Jean Watson, Pat and Sandy Sandman; nephew, Trynt Kemp; numerous other loving cousins, family and friends.
