Lila Beth Posey Herrmann, age 89 of Seguin, passed away on November 25, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Dave Phillips, Rev. Sonja Phillips and Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating. Interment will follow in the Lone Oak Cemetery in Geronimo. Lila Beth also know to her family as "Abie" was born on September 28, 1928 in San Marcos Texas to Jess and Lila Louise (Stephenson) Posey. Lila Beth was a graduate of San Marcos High School. After many years of working, she retired from Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. She was a long time member of Friedens Church. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, George Emil Herrmann, her parents, sister, Ella Jean Fischer, and her brothers, Jess Posey, Jr. and John Posey. Survivors include her daughter, Luanne Miller and husband Joey; son, George Lee Herrmann; grandchildren, Michael Glendenning and wife Shelli, Craig Glendenning, Tyler Miller, Taylor Herrmann, Allie Herrmann, and Andrew Herrmann; great-grandchildren, Jace Glendenning, Emmalynn Miller, Mason, Tanner and Caleb Cervenka; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends. The family is eternally grateful for the kind, compassionate angels on earth who cared for her, Abby, Rosanna, Amanda, Senayda, Breeana, Casey, Josie, Veronica and many others. They are also grateful to Guadalupe Regional Hospice for their care and compassion.
