Lilla Frances Ramsey, age 78 of Seguin, passed away on January 13, 2010. Lilla was born on August 21, 1931 in Commerce, Texas to Marshall and Vinnie Mae Chambers White. She is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband of 57 years, Ezra Allan "Doc" Ramsey. They were married on June 14, 1951 in Commerce, Texas. Survivors include her children, Steve Ramsey and wife Kitty, Terry Ramsey and Marsha Castanon and husband Andy; grandchildren, Andrea De Leon, Justin Ramsey, Matthew Ramsey, Kevin Ramsey, and Katie Ramsey; five great-grandchildren. Lilla will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at the Tres Hewell Mortuary on Friday, January 15, 2010 from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Steve Purdy officiating with a procession to follow at the San Geronimo Cemetery where she will be laid to rest.
