Lillie Augusta Kay Mercer, age 92 of Kingsbury, Texas, passed away on February 20, 2024.  Lillie was born on August 5, 1931, in Pleasanton, Texas to Bertie Viola (Winters) and Otto Valentine Kay.

Lillie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Wyatt Adron Mercer, Sr., her siblings, Delbert Kay, Mary Burrows, Wiley Kay, Hubert Kay, Herbert Kay, Bertie (Dove) Ella Cowart, Johnny Kay, Lois Cate, and Claud Otto Kay.

Survivors include her sons, Wyatt, Roger, Allen, and Roy (wife Loni); grandsons, Phillip (wife Velma), and Ricky Mercer; granddaughter Crystal Kidd (husband Rob); great-grandsons, Nathaniel, Tyler, and Dylan Kidd, and Caden Mercer; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Kingsbury Baptist Church at 2 p.m. followed by funeral services at 3 p.m. with the Reverend Manuel Casso officiating.  Interment will follow in the Kingsbury Cemetery.

A reception will follow in the fellowship hall.
