Lyle Wayne Jacobus, age 67 of Seguin, went to be with the Lord on March 18, 2015. Private services will be held. Lyle was born in Asheville North Carolina on February 25, 1948 to Dale Wayne and Jane (Pellens) Jacobus. He is preceded in death by his mother, his sister Cindy Jacobus and his former wife Patricia Jacobus. Survivors include his loving wife, Virginia Jacobus; son, Patrick Jacobus and wife Laura; daughter, Cherry Simpson and husband John; father, Dale Jacobus; grandchildren, Lacey Chote and husband, Morgan Simpson, Lexi Jacobus, and Zane Jacobus; two great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Jacobus; nieces and nephew, Jeffrey, Dawn, Casey, Carrie, Shelley, and Haley; special friends, Sandra, Joe, Rachel, Christine, Cody and David; other loving family members and friends. Lyle will be missed by us all but we will rejoice that he is with the Lord and in no more pain. Lyle, Pops, Pop Pop, you were a good man, And we love you! What an awesome angel we have in Heaven now.
