Maggie Daws, age 78 of Seguin, passed away on October 11, 2008. Visitation will begin Thursday, October 16, 2008 at 8:45 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with a rosary to be recited at 9:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be recited at 9:30 a.m. and interment will follow in St. James Catholic Cemetery. "Grandma" Daws as she was affectionately known was born on October 14, 1929 in Edna , Texas to Clyde Emmet and Verda Curry Hussey. Her parents precede her in death. Survivors include her sons, Donald Mc Bee and Dale Evernham and wife, Terry; daughters, Dixie Wolford and husband, Ed and Deana Talmadge and husband, Willie; brothers, J. P. Hussey and wife, Louise and Kenneth Hussey; sister, Glenda Sills and husband, Leon; grandsons, Jay Wolford and wife, Melissa and Donald McBee, Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
