Margaret “Margee” Suzanne Heiser, age 83 of Seguin, passed away on November 5, 2026. Margaret was born on September 11, 1943, in Tucson, Arizona to Martha Lorene (Harris) and Belfort Raymond Hyer.

Margee worked in retail craft business and enjoyed personal crafting. She also loved to cook and travel both for and with family and friends. Her favorite times were spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who knew and loved her as “Grammy”.

Margee is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Col. Lee Russell Heiser, USAF (Ret.), her parents, and her brother Fred Hyer.

Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Heiser and Nevin Heiser and wife Sandra; six grandchildren, Cate Heiser, Brittany Leslie and husband Michael, Julie Heiser, Joshua Heiser and wife Dakota, Ray Heiser and fiancé Lauren Lara, and Hannah Heiser and fiancé Justin Fife; great-grandchildren, Chase, Raevyne, Zoey, Alistor, Destin, and Cassandra; sister, Karen Coker and husband Dean; sister-in-law, Lynn Hyer; several nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held on. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Friday, November 20, 2026, at 1 p.m. with Chaplain Emanuel Carpenter officiating. Private interment will take place later at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
