Margarita "Margie" H. Colville, age 62 of Seguin, passed away on November 17, 2023.  Margie was born on April 21, 1961, in Laredo, Texas, to Vicente (Farias) and Rafael Hernandez.

Margie spent her childhood and early adulthood in San Antonio, graduating from San Antonio College with a dental assisting degree. There she met her husband, Clark, and they decided to make Seguin their home in 1993. Margie became a beloved member of the community, including Navarro ISD, Guadalupe County Aggie Mom's Club, Meals on Wheels, and the Guadalupe County election office. Her favorite passions were Zumba with her friends at GRMC and supporting her kids' college alma maters across the state.

Margie is preceded in death by her parents.

Margie is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Dr. Clark Colville; daughters, Carly Colville and Chloe Colville; son, Camden Colville and wife Kayla Colville; sister, Janie Cardona; brother, Michael Benites; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Kathleen and Gene Colville; brothers-in-law, Glenn C. Colville and wife Nancy, and Ben Colville and wife Lynda; sisters-in-law, Stacey Emery and husband Steve, and Cortney Colville; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.

Visitation will begin on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 5 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m.   A memorial service celebrating Margie's life will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. at First Methodist Church in Seguin with the Rev. Cathe Evins and Rev. Jeremy Roy officiating.  A reception will follow in the Christian Life Center (CLC). Honorary pallbearers will be Clark Colville, Camden Colville, Gene Colville, Chris Colville, Ben Colville, Steve Emery, Matt Shivers, Michael Benites, Tod Helweg, and Bill Sweaney.

Private graveside services will be held at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park near Burnet, Texas.

Margie was a beloved wife, mother, friend, and companion to many. Her service and dedication will long be remembered in the community, and she will be dearly missed.
