Maria Gracie Hernandez, age 59 passed away January 17, 2010 in Seguin. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Visitation will continue at 6 p.m. at Hillcrest Assembly of God Church followed by a prayer service at 7p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 11a.m. at Hillcrest Assembly of God with Pastor Don Wiehe officiating. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Maria was born July 10, 1950 in Seguin to Manuel Villareal, Sr. and Margarita Villanueva Villareal. She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Garcia Hernandez and her parents. Survivors include her daughters, Naomi Hernandez and Erica Sanchez; son, Jerry Vara; siblings, Manuel Villareal, Jr. and wife Priscella; Margaret Rayos and husband Frank, Irene Alderete, Gloria Landin and husband Manuel, Conrad Villareal and wife Eleanor, Mary Lou Juarez and husband Al, Mary Ann Hawkins and husband Henry, Petra Mireles, Robert Villareal and Pedro Villareal and wife Melinda; two grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
