Maria Salazar Hernandez, age 97 of Seguin, passed away on November 8, 2020.  Maria was born on July 3, 1923 in Monterrey Mexico.  She is preceded in death by her husband Gabriel Hernandez, her children, Juan Hernandez, Martha Almaguer and Marina Larraga and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Angelica Almaguer; granddaughters, Sonia Fennell and husband Sjontue Fennell, Maria Hernandez, and Patty Almaguer; grandson, Daniel Medina and wife Monique; great-grandson, George Smith; numerous other loving family members.

Visitation will begin on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Erasto Larraga officiating.  Private interment will be held at a later date.  All CDC protocol must be followed including social distancing and face coverings worn.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be George Smith, Daniel Medina, Sjontue Fennell, and Marcelino Ceniceros.  You may visit www.treshewell.com .
