Martha Triplett Anderson, age, 94, of Seguin, Texas since 1976, was received home by her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Martha was born September 28, 1917 in Henderson, Kentucky. She was a wonderful, hardworking, caring mother, grandmother and friend. Martha managed financial records and worked up into her later years for Kathi and Brutus Auten at Comanche Crossing, until she was 88. Martha never knew a stranger, lived simply with a great zest for life! She is survived by her beloved children, daughter, Faye Anderson; son, Stephen Anderson and wife Rebecca; daughter, Patricia Kimball and husband, George; and daughter, Karla Anderson Cogburn. Preceded in death by son, William C. Anderson and late husband Foy C. Anderson and grandson, John Michael Anderson. Martha leaves behind 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Brother, John Triplett. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 409 W. Krezdorn, Seguin, Texas. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery, 1620 E. Walnut, Seguin. Family will receive friends immediately after at the family home of Martha Anderson. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
