Mary Louisa Gonzales, age 72 of Seguin, passed away on July 3, 2014. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel beginning at 5 p.m. followed by a prayer service at 7. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 10 a.m. with Pastors Marcus and Natalie Avalos officiating. Interment will follow in the San Geronimo Cemetery. Mary was born on December 31, 1941 in Seguin to Felix and Francesca (Jimenez) Saenz. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard S. Gonzales, her daughter, Shantea Miller, her parents, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dora and Samuel Gonzales and her brothers, Elogio Saenz, Felix Saenz, Jr. and Jose (Coy) Saenz and brother-in-law, Daniel Gonzales. Survivors include her daughter, Shayna Flores and husband L.J.; grandchildren, Chelsea Kay Reinhard and husband Rod, Chanse Reagan Hernandez, Chaese Bailey Hernandez, and J. T. Flores; sister, Margaret Flores and husband George; brothers, Eusebio Saenz, Sr., and wife Angelina, Juan Saenz and wife Josie, Jesse Saenz and wife Mary and Domingo Saenz; numerous other loving family members and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Eusebio Saenz, Jr., George Flores, Jr., Sam Flores, Rosemary Saenz, Chanse Hernandez and Chaese Hernandez. Honorary pallbearer will be J. T. Flores.
