Michael "Mike" Ray Cuellar, age 65 of Cuero, formerly of Seguin, passed away on August 15, 2024.  Mike was born on March 12, 1959 in Cuero, Texas to Frances (Gonzales) and John Medina Cuellar.  Mike attended Seguin schools and was a graduate of Seguin High School Class of 1977.

Mike is preceded in death by his father and his nephew, Nickolas Ryan Cuellar

Survivors include his children, Frostan Evans, Thomas Farnsworth, Michael Ryan Cuellar, John Louis Cuellar, James Morgan Cuellar, Michaela Rae Cuellar, and Amanda Dannielle Cuellar; ten grandchildren; mother, Frances Cuellar; brothers, John Cuellar, Jr., and Ronnie Cuellar; sister, Tina Crawford and husband, Robert; other loving family members and many friends.

Visitation will begin at Tres Hewell Mortuary on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 5 to 7 p.m. The recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.  Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rodney Palmer, Jimmy Rosas, Raymond Herrera, Tracy Lapp, Pete Santos, Zach Johnson, Marty Schwarzkopf and Roland Rangel.
