Mike M. Ariza, age 76 of La Vernia, formerly of Amarillo, passed away on May 29, 2024.  Mike was born in Amarillo, Texas on July 21, 1947 to Celia (Lucero) and Mike Ariza.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, brother Henry Ariza, sister Carolyn Ariza, great granddaughter JaLani Ladkins.

Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Eunice Ariza; children, Celia Ariza, Jill Jackson (Kevin), Vida Riffe (Kemper), Eric Lindgren (Melissa); grandchildren, Chazmon, Cylver, Cylis, Ashlee, Maigan, Mikayla, Owen, Jack; great-grandchildren Calvin, Chazzy, Lavoni, Khaleesi, Vincent, Cymir, Cy'Khani, Carl, Jayla, Max, Sophie, Khi, Maisyn, Mika ; siblings,  Janie Haley (Jerie); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins,  other loving family members and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024 at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel, 165 Tor Dr., Seguin, Texas from 5 to 7 p.m.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 3 p.m. at the Chapel at the Llano Cemetery, 2900 S. Hayes St., Amarillo, Tx, 79103, with the Rev. Steve Coronado officiating.

Serving as pallbearers are Kemper Riffe, Vida Riffe, Carl Caldwell II, Eric Lindgren, El Cantu, and David Contreras.
