M'Liss Rauch Stevens, age 48 of Seguin, passed away on July 4, 2009. A celebration of M'Liss' life will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church with Pastor William Lange and Pastor Tim Bauerkemper officiating. A reception will follow in the Life Enrichment Center. Private interment will follow at a later date. M'Liss was born on October 9, 1960 in Seguin, Texas to Richard and Clara Ann Harbort Rauch. Her father precedes her in death as does her father-in-law, Joe Stevens. Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Andrew J. Stevens; son, Benjamin Stevens; daughter, Samantha Stevens; mother, Clara Rauch; sister, M'Cheyl Cox; niece, Emily Cox and fiancé, Jake Waggoner; mother-in-law, Lela M. Williams and husband, Joe; sister-in-law, Debra Jo Latimer and husband, Charles; uncles, Jack Harbort and wife, Aline, W. R. Harbort and Marcus Rauch; aunt, Betty Strey and husband, Alfred; numerous other family members and a host of friends. M'Liss loved life and most especially being a wife and mother.
