Nicholas Keith Soefje, age 52 of Flower Mound, TX went to his new heavenly home on November 7, 2021.  Nick was born on July 15, 1969 in Seguin, Texas, to Deborah Busch Soefje and Ronald Eugene Soefje.  He enlisted in the Air Force in 1987 and served 4 years including Desert Shield/Storm   He was passionate about his family, friends and photography.  He was talented at most all things IT and enjoyed combining that with his photography.  He loved his family deeply and he would beam with pride about his wife and children to almost anyone he met.  Nick will be missed tremendously by his family and friends

He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Soefje; sister-in-law: Marsha Barbee Soefje: Aunt, Karen Soefje and cousin; Carolyn Soefje.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 24 years, Dawn Marks Soefje; children, Trinity Ellen Soefje and Holden Keith Soefje; grandmother, Willie Mae Soefje; mother, Debbie Busch Soefje; brother, Aaron Soefje; sister, Theresa Soefje McKnight; brother-in-law, Efrem McKnight; sister-in-law, Mandy Marks Hastings; niece, Alisa Soefje; nephews, Ethan Hodge, Elijah Hodge, Milton Hastings, Wilks Hastings; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and other loving family members and many loyal friends.

A private small family burial will be held at DFW Veterans Cemetery on Jan 24, 2022

Celebration of Life gathering will be held 2-4 p.m. Saturday March 5, 2022 at New Life Fellowship Church.
