Ora Mae Schneider, age 86 of Seguin, passed away on January 24, 2008. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 28 , 2008 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 10:00 a. m. at Cross United Church of Christ with Rev. Jim Price officiating. Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery. Mrs. Schneider was born on February 19, 1921 in Guadalupe County, Texas to Fritz Henry and Erna Ella Friedeck Kwast. She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Lillian Hodges and Annie Lee Spears Travis. Survivors include her husband, Robin Edward Schneider; sons, Orlando Schneider and wife Sandy and Glenn R. Schneider and wife Jeanine; grandchildren, Susan Skrzycki and husband Stanley, Kenneth Edward Schneider and wife Leah, David Allen Schneider, Craig R. Schneider and wife Sherry and Casey Schneider; great grandchildren, Amber, Amanda, Lauren, Jacob and Blake; great-great grandchild, Madison; brother, Reno Kwast and wife Dorothy; sisters, Lottie Hastings and husband G.
