Ottilie E. Schoenfeld, age 97 of Seguin, passed away on March 28, 2013. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 9 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel followed by funeral service at 10 a.m. with Rev. Paul J. Zwarich officiating. Interment will follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. Ottilie was born on November 13, 1915 in Moulton Texas to Ludwig and Wilahemina Krause Janssen. She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert A. Schoenfeld, her parents, her sisters and brother, Luckea Tenberg, Molly Helwig, Annie Wagner, Elizabeth Blohm, Minnie Richter, John A. Janssen, Alma Matocha, Lillie Striegel and Viola McCaskill, and her grandson-in-law, Thomas Clingingsmith. Survivors include her loving daughter, Aline Harbort and husband Jack; granddaughter, Kim Clingingsmith; great-granddaughter, Kayla Childs and husband, Shawn; great-great granddaughter, Railee Childs; sister, Ella Hartman; step-granddaughter, Tara Murdoch; step-great-grandsons, Payton and Kade Murdoch; numerous nieces and nephews; Serving as pallbearers will be, David Janssen, Shawn Childs, Michael Hartman, John McCaskill, Gary Hartman and Paul Schoenfeld.
