Pamela Hopkins Lock, age 57, resident of Seguin passed away on May 24th 2011. Her memorial service will be held on Friday May 27th at 11a.m. at The Chapel at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Seguin with The Reverend Sam Gottlich officiating. A reception will follow in McKeough Hall. Pam was born in Coronado, California where she was brought home in the middle of a sand storm. She grew up in Beaumont where she graduated from Forest Park High School. Following high school, she studied at The University of Texas in Austin, where she received bachelor's degrees in Zoology and Pharmacy, graduating with honors. She then went on to practice pharmacy for many years, a career that she loved and enjoyed. She loved traveling, photography, the outdoors, snow skiing, and spending time with her family and friends. Pam was a mother, daughter, sister, and friend that was greatly loved and will be dearly missed. Pam was preceded in death by her loving father Wallace Kimbrough Hopkins. She is survived by her children, Julie, Christy, and Brian Lock; her mother, Margaret Kyle Hopkins; her brother, Brudge Hopkins; and her sister, Kim Hopkins Mueller and her family.
