Patricia Audrey Dorff Childre, age 89 of Seguin, passed away on September 7, 2018. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Chaplain Kay Lynn Hawkins officiating.  Patricia was born on March 10, 1929 in Manhattan, New York to Francis and Margaret (Phillips) Dorff. Patricia grew up in McAllen, Texas and graduated from McAllen high school. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Barbara Lowman, and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Dorff, Richard "Dick" Dorff, and Les Dorff. Survivors include her son, Ronnie H. Deitz and his wife Eleanor of Sinton; son, Stephen W. Deitz of Hawkins; daughter, Karen L. Elder of Seguin; grandchildren, Gary O'Neal, Jr., Traci Miller (JJ), Kristy Bellows (Teddy), Chris Elder (Jesus), Ronnie Deitz (Monica), and Ryan Deitz (Alysa); great grandchildren, Kambrie and Kaylie Miller, Tristan and Kenzie Deitz, Hadley Deitz, and Southern Bellows; and her sister-in-law, Lucy Dorff. Patricia will always be remembered as a loving Mother, Nannie and GG.
