Ralph Lynn Taylor, age 81 of Seguin, Texas passed away on November 8, 2022. Ralph was born on November 3, 1941 in Terrell, Texas to Elna Irene (Fischer) and Leonard Taylor.

Ralph was raised in Tyler, Texas where he joined the United States Navy at the young age of 16. After serving two months in the Navy, he found his true home in the United States Air Force as an In-Flight Fuel Systems Mechanic where he served from 1959-1981. During his time in the U.S. Air Force, he did multiple tours all throughout the world! He served one combat tour in Vietnam, multiple tours in southeast Asia as well as tours in England and Spain. He finished his tour stateside in Washington. He then made his permanent home here in Texas.

Ralph was many things throughout his life; an avid outdoorsman, as well as an incredible mechanic who loved to work on cars and motorcycles. His greatest accomplishment of all was being a loving, caring, and devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Robert Taylor and his sister, Sylvia Fuller.

Survivors include is beloved wife of 58 years, Ginger (Drosche) Taylor; his children, Greg Taylor and wife Lori, and Sheila Taylor and husband Jesse Galvan; grandchildren, Christopher Schulze and wife Keiko, Bryan Schulze and wife Shannon, Derek Vernon, Melanie Roberson and husband Kevin, Chase Nearhood, Ashley Taylor, Lindsey Taylor, Joshua Taylor and wife Kayla; great-grandchildren, Conner Ty Schulze, Emily Rose Schulze, Jason Bryan Schulze, Leon Schulze, Aria Schulze and Sebastian Schulze; as well as numerous other loving family members and many friends.

A memorial service celebrating Ralph's life will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Seguin with The Reverend Brice Mandaville officiating. Private interment will be held at a later date at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
